2.1 Overview of IV Therapy Services
Pure IV Utah provides intravenous (IV) therapy treatments to support hydration, wellness, and recovery. Our treatments include but are not limited to:

3. Eligibility for Services

Before receiving treatment, you

decline treatment if they determine that IV therapy is

4. Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Show Policy
4.1 Booking Appointments

4.2 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance.
- Failure to cancel in time will result in a $100 cancellation fee.
- If our medical team arrives at your location and you decide
not to proceed, the cancellation fee will still apply.
4.3 Rescheduling Policy
Clients may reschedule once at no additional charge, provided they notify us at least 1 hour before the scheduled appointment.
